Wellbeing Support Services

VitaLink Support Services

At VitaLink Support (VLS), we provide gentle, supportive, and non-clinical wellbeing services designed to promote confidence, emotional stability, and independence for adults aged 18 and over who may be experiencing mental health challenges, emotional distress, eating disorders, or physical health vulnerabilities. Our wellbeing support is delivered in two ways: functional in-person support and remote wellbeing check-ins. Both services are non-regulated and do not include personal care or clinical interventions.

1

Functional Wellbeing Support (In-Person)

Our Functional Wellbeing Support offers practical and emotional assistance within the home or community. This service is suitable for individuals who may benefit from structure, reassurance, or low-level support while maintaining independence.

What we offer:

  • Emotional reassurance and supportive conversation
  • Encouragement with daily routines and positive habits
  • Hydration and meal prompts (non-clinical support)
  • Support with light household tasks or organisation (non-personal care)
  • Community inclusion and confidence-building activities
  • General wellbeing observations (e.g. mood, engagement, and behaviour)
  • Signposting to relevant health, community, or support services

Our focus:

To promote independence, reduce isolation, and create a safe, empowering environment where people feel connected and supported.

2

Remote Wellbeing Check-Ins (Phone or Video)

Our Remote Wellbeing Check-Ins provide regular, supportive contact for individuals who may live alone, feel isolated, or benefit from ongoing reassurance and structured wellbeing support.

What we offer:

  • Scheduled wellbeing calls (daily, weekly, or as agreed)
  • Supportive conversations to promote emotional wellbeing
  • Gentle prompts around hydration, meals, and daily routines
  • General wellbeing check-ins, including mood and engagement
  • Encouragement and motivation to maintain structure and routine
  • Optional updates to family members (with consent)

Suitable for:

  • Adults seeking low-level, consistent wellbeing support
  • Individuals experiencing isolation or reduced social engagement
  • People recovering from illness who would benefit from regular contact
  • Individuals who may need support maintaining routine and daily structure
  • Families seeking reassurance through regular check-ins

What We Do Not Provide

To remain within non-regulated support, our wellbeing services do not include:

  • Personal care
  • Clinical advice or medical assessment
  • Medication administration
  • Nursing tasks or treatment
  • Crisis intervention

(These will be provided once our CQC registration for personal care is complete.)

Our Commitment

At VLS, we are dedicated to creating pathways to independence, stability, confidence, and wellbeing—ensuring every individual feels valued, safe, and supported in their daily life.
