VitaLink Support Ltd (VLS) is a compassionate, nurse-led organisation founded to improve the quality of supported living services across the East Midlands. We provide safe, personalised and professional support to adults aged 18+ who require help with emotional wellbeing, stability and independent living.

Our Model
VLS operates using a nurse-led oversight framework, ensuring professional standards in support planning, wellbeing monitoring and risk management. We currently provide non-regulated support only while awaiting CQC registration for regulated personal care.
Founder’s Message
As a nurse, I’ve learned that true care goes beyond treatment — it’s about compassion, dignity, and trust. I founded VLS (VitalLink Support) to bring those values into every home we serve.
Through my experience as a Senior Nurse in a care home setting and my years in critical care and community nursing, I’ve seen how the right support can transform lives. My goal is to ensure that every individual we care for feels valued, safe, and empowered to live as independently as possible.
