Pearl Hunt, Registered Nurse & Founder

Pearl Hunt is a Registered Nurse and Senior Nurse in a care home setting, with extensive experience across critical care, acute hospital nursing, community health, and clinical leadership. She founded VLS (VitalLink Support) to extend her passion for skilled, compassionate, and person-centred care into the community — helping individuals live safely and independently in their own homes.

Her nursing career spans leading roles within the NHS and private healthcare sectors, where she developed specialist knowledge in complex care and the importance of holistic, dignified support for people with varied health needs.

As a Senior Nurse and Clinical Lead, Pearl ensures that VLS operates under strong clinical governance and aligns with both the CQC quality framework and the NMC Code of Conduct, promoting safety, integrity, and excellence in every aspect of care delivery.

Through VLS, she continues her mission to lead with compassion and professionalism — creating a service where clinical excellence meets genuine human connection.
